This page defines terms used through out this documentation.

Term	Definition
`<FQDN>`	Stands for full-qualified domain-name and should be replaced by the WebApp instance FQDN. E.g. `company-name.architrave-assets.com`
`<asset-identifier>`	An arbitrary alpha-numeric identifier set by administrators of WebApp instances. It’s used to identify assets in different softwares.
WebApp instance	One of our WebApp instances running under a FQDN.
administrator	The role of the users who can access the administration pages of our WebApp. In the administration pages, they can make many configurations in the WebApp instances.
file	A file in a computer’s file system.
document	The representation of a file in our WebApp. It contains the file, meta information and extracted data.
document-class	A document-class is what we use to identify the kind of a document. It’s composed by a code and a translated name.
document data-fields	A data-field is what we use to identify a piece of information in a document. It’s composed by a code, a translated name and a value.
