Setting up Delphi

In order to use Delphi in your WebApp, you should make sure everything is properly set up.

To setup Delphi, there are two steps you should follow:

  1. Enable Delphi in your WebApp instance.
  2. Enable Delphi for the asset you want to use Delphi with.

Enabling Delphi for an asset

The basic unit that collects all documents in your WebApp is the “Asset,” which typically corresponds to a building. An asset is represented by a tile on our Cockpit and it groups all related documents and data.

It’s not enough to enable Delphi in your WebApp instance; you also need to enable Delphi for the asset you want to use Delphi with.

To enable Delphi for an asset, you need to be an administrator to be able to do that. If you are one:

  1. Log in into the WebApp and go to the Administration
  2. Find the asset you want and click the edit button
  3. Click the check box “Enable Delphi”
  4. Click save

If you want to enable DELPHI on many assets with ease, please contact us and we can gladly help you with that.
